The Scoop about Jen & Nicole...

Hi, my name is Jennifer Praniewicz, I am the "Jen" behind Jenuine Creations, LLC. My oldest daughter, Nicole and I work together on the majority of our Jenuine Creations, LLC adventures. I began "doing" photography in college and when there was NO such thing as digital. I loved the darkroom and playing with light on images as they would appear in the chemicals before your eyes. I began Jenuine Creations, LLC as a different extension of my "artsy" side over 30 years ago. With a move from Southern California, the land of my family and birth, to West Michigan in the late 80's, I traded Jenuine Creations, LLC and formal photography for three little girls and a new chapter in my life.

It wasn't until about 8 years ago that I picked up a digital camera, for anything other than family snapshots, and rediscovered not only my love of photography, but my love of capturing moments, expression and the Life of people around me. A bit later, people began asking me to photograph their High School Seniors, Families and then Weddings. I decided the time was right to relaunch Jenuine Creations, LLC and that is pretty much the whole story!

We consider it a GREAT honor and privilege to be a chosen part of your Senior year of High School. We want to help you and your family members cherish the accomplishment that you have come to at this point in your life. And just so you know, I have received my Certification as a Professional Photographer through Professional Photographers of America and am now moving toward my Masters with PPA. (I love a challenge and what is over the next hill).

A few of my favorite things:
Candy: Milk Chocolate and sour things!
Color: All shades of blue.
Food: Mexican food or anything I don't have to make :)
Movie: Oh good grief, too many! Sabrina, Musicals, Gone with the Wind and anything by Pixar.
Character Quality: Honesty and loyalty.

Hobby: Photography, my kids and my friends.
Animal: My (Lhatese) dog Penny, cat Pumpkin and dog Rosie, oh, and my Grand-puppy Nickel Wickels.
Memory: Too many to mention, but ALL have to do with family.
Store: The one in which I have currently saved the most money.
Flower: Orchids and Gerbera daisies.
State: California.
Person: My husband, Greg and my girls, Nicci, Christi and Shelli.

Hi, my name is Nicole Zaagman (formerly, Praniewicz). I am the oldest daughter of Jennifer Praniewicz, and let me just say, I am proud to call her my mom (and if you get to know her, I am sure she would not mind you calling her "mom" too :). We work together to create the images that you have seen throughout this website and on many of our other websites.

Working together as a mother and daughter team, we want to capture every aspect of you for your family and generations to come. It is up to you and your family how you want your Senior year of High School to be remembered. We would love to be a part of your families memories.

I could go on and on about how we love photography, love our clients and love what we do, but instead, I will just take some time to tell a little bit more about myself and who I am today.
